 BW Jobs 4 Graduates is a group formed by young inspired, motivated and determined Batswana graduates who wan...t to make a positive contribution in other graduates life!
The group's objectives are:

1. To help each other as graduates in finding jobs anywhere around the country.
2. To help those who does not have access to newspapers by posting job adverts for each other.
3. To share Cover letter writing skills, CV writing skills and interview skills.
4. To share job interview experiences
5. To share those jobs that are usually advertised on company newsletters e.g Debswana, BCL e.t.c
6. To uplift each other when the going seems to be getting tough

Requirements when you post vacancies on BW Jobs 4 Graduates:

1. Quote vacancy number/reference (where applicable).
2. Vacancy name.
3. Requirements (qualifications and experience).
4. Deadline.
5. Newspaper (Name, date)
